Scott Bresky is the Founder and President of Alternative Wealth Group and has created four corresponding divisions. The Wealth Management group specializes in comprehensive financial planning and advisory services for high net worth individuals. The Real Estate Advisors unit concentrates on "off-market” investment real estate properties in the United States and abroad. The 1031 Advisors team offers consulting services to professional advisors and individuals regarding the complex 1031 Exchange real estate process. AWG Consultants helps companies develop corporate strategies and identify capital raising opportunities around the world.
Scott has over 25 years of investment and real estate expertise with world-class organizations.
As President of Chase Investment Services Corporation (CISC), a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase, Scott built CISC from a start-up operation into one of the top Broker/Dealer programs in the country while navigating through multi-billion dollar bank and investment program mergers. Scott directed the Wealth Affluent Channel, Private Capital Investing Group, Retail Brokerage Unit, Retirement Investment Center, and other financial areas.
As Senior Vice President and Director for Wachovia Banks Asset Management Group, Evergreen Investment Services, Scott managed the national efforts for the Private Client Group, Investment Services Channel, and Institutional Funds Unit.
He also served as Executive Director for the VFG Group, an investment banking firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Acquisition Financing.
Scott is currently on the Board of Directors for the Kean University Foundation where he serves on the finance and investment committee. He is a member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, and was on the Board of Directors for The Bank Securities Association and Chase Investment Services Corporation. He also served as a committee member for The Securities Industry Association.
Scott is a Registered Principal and an Investment Advisor Representative as well as a member of New Jersey Real Estate Association. He has been a keynote speaker on real estate, economics, and financial topics at engagements around the world.
